Bootie Brown (b. Romye Robinson November 13, 1969) is a West Coast rapper, who was one of the four founding members of the innovative hip hop group The Pharcyde.

Role in Gorillaz[]

Bootie Brown provided vocals for the track Dirty Harry from Gorillaz' second studio album, Demon Days. He also appears in the music video for the track, where he plays the role of a soldier, trying to cope with the war. Brown joined Gorillaz on Demon Days Live, Escape to Plastic Beach World Tour, Humanz Tour, The Now Now Tour and Gorillaz World Tour 2022.

He was later feautured on the 2022 Gorillaz song New Gold, alongside Tame Impala and its remix by Australian DJ Dom Dolla.

Musical Career[]

Bootie Brown is an American rapper and one of the founding members of The Pharcyde. Through his career he collaborated with The Roots, J Dilla, Gorillaz and De La Soul to name a few.
