The Portacabin near the end of Phase 2
The Portacabin (also known as the Police Portacabin) is a portable building/trailer deployed by the Essex police in order to monitor Kong Studios during the absence of the Gorillaz between Phase 1 and 2. The Portacabin was later taken down by Noodle on November 25th, 2004. Near the final months of Phase 2, the burning wreckage of the Portacabin could be seen outside of the studio. The cause of the incident is still unknown.

"A really nice spade you no"
- The Portacabin has a tendency to appear whenever a phase of the Gorillaz is nearing its end. Whether there is a reason or simply coincidence remains unknown.
- Near the end of Phase 2, Kong Studios received one final update in the form of a delivery of a "really nice spade" on November 19, 2007. While probably intended as a joke, the update sparked widespread backlash within the Gorillaz message board community as it provided no closure on Noodle's whereabouts following the El Mañana Incident. After this event, the only unintentional update to occur was the February 2008 restarting of the Hell Hole countdown due to a glitch (which some speculated to be another prank on the part of Zombie Flesh Eaters).
